  • LASH EXTENSIONS -old | Simply Flawless

Lash Extentions BOOK NOW ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT PRECARE & AFTERCARE CONTRAINDICTATIONS PRICING WHAT ARE LASH EXTENSIONS Lash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic, faux mink or silk fibers which are carefully applied one at a time using a specially-formulated, semi-permanent glue that will not irritate or damage the natural lash. Unlike false eyelashes, where the strip or individual lashes are applied to the skin, lash extensions are attached directly to the lash itself. Lash extensions grow out naturally and can be customized to create specific depth and elongation to your eye shape for the exact effect you crave. Extensions fall into three categories: volume, classic, and hybrid. If you want to make a big impact, choose volume lashes. If you want everyday lashes, classic is your best option. For something in between, hybrid lashes are for you. The results are more lush, dense lashes. The final look is meant to enhance your natural lashes with more length, fullness, and lift. Whether that look is more dramatic or more natural is up to the client. WHAT TO EXPECT Before you begin, the stylist will ask you questions about your health and lifestyle to make sure extensions are suitable for you. Once the application process starts, you will be lying on your back with your eyes closed for the next hour or two. Many people find the experience so relaxing that they fall asleep. The stylist will first brush and clean your eyelashes. To keep your lower lashes from sticking to the upper lashes, the stylist will cover them with medical tape or a gel patch. Your lash artist may also tape your upper eyelid to hold it in place. Now you are ready to receive the first lash extension. The stylist will separate one of your eyelashes from the others using specialized tweezers. Adhesive is then applied to the extension which is bonded directly to natural lash, never to skin. Once the stylist has completed all the lashes on one eye, the process will be repeated on the other eye. You will receive the same number of lashes on each side for an even appearance. PRECARE & AFTERCARE click on an image to learn more CONTRAINDICATIONS Lash extensions are easy to care for and only need to stay dry for 48 hours, therefore they are ideal for most people, however, they aren't for everyone. There is a small population of people who are not good candidates for extensions. If you’re predisposed to any of the medical conditions listed below, it’s mandatory to seek your doctor’s advice before booking a lash extension treatment: Eyelid Dermatitis, Blepharitis, Trichotillomania, Alopecia Areata, Conjunctivitis, madarosis, trichiasis, glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, or any other contagious skin conditions on or around the eyes or eyelids. Any history of allergies to latex, benzoic acid, cyanoacrylates, or other ingredients involved in eyelash treatment. Using prescribed medicated eye drops or ointment for any of the afore mentioned conditions. You should also avoid lash extensions if you are experiencing any of the following: A reaction to patch test (which should be performed at least 24h prior a treatment.) Lash extensions are not for those who plan to or have undergone certain procedures and treatments such as LASIK, radiation, etc.: Laser eye surgery - at least 4 months gap should be left due to oversensitive eyes and possible medications client is on. Eyelash perming - at least 3 months gap should be left, otherwise lashes may not last as long Chemotherapy - at least 6 months gap should be left, otherwise lashes may not as long due to a number of medications that can affect lashes or eyes While this list covers many contraindications, there may be others not listed above that would also prevent you from receiving services, and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a contraindication. • Fibroblast Skin Tightening | Simply Flawless

Fibroblast Skin Tightening in Monroe BOOK NOW Are You Interested in Skin Tightening Treatment? At Simply Flawless Beauty Co, we specialize in Fibroblast Skin Tightening for anyone looking to repair and tighten loose skin. Our experienced estheticians and skin care specialists have meticulously refined their plasma pen work over the years in order to deliver top-quality results that transform our client's skin for the better. Book your Fibroblast Skin Tightening treatment at our Monroe salon today! Book Now What is Fibroblast Skin Tightening? Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that utilizes plasma gas to non-surgically repair and tighten loose skin. Our skin is made up of fibroblasts that eventually break down over time. Many skin treatments only treat collagen and elastin (which are free-floating within the fibroblasts), temporarily plumping them up. Our Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening procedure goes deeper into the skin to hit those fibroblasts and “blast” them apart. As these fibroblasts heal, the skin repairs and tightens itself. This treatment is used to improve wrinkles, fine lines, stretch marks, skin resurfacing, acne scars, surgical scars, and loose skin. It is considered a long-term solution compared to Botox or fillers as it permanently repairs the skin with minimal harm and minimal discomfort during recovery time. Overall, it is one of the best ways to repair damaged skin, as you only need one to four treatments to see results, and you do not have to resort to surgery. What to Expect From Your Fibroblast Skin Tightening Procedure Before your Fibroblast Skin Tightening Treatment, one of our trained estheticians will analyze your skin and discuss your areas of concern - whether that be surgical scars, fine lines, or stretch marks. This allows us to understand what you hope to treat and provides you with detailed information about this treatment and its results. Before your Fibroblast Skin Tightening procedure, your esthetician will apply a topical anesthetic to your skin to prevent discomfort or pain. Then they will use a plasma pen to generate a plasma charge to the skin 0.5 mm away (there is no direct contact with the skin). This causes a minor, controlled burn visible as a tiny dot (plasma spot). The contraction of the skin around each spot creates an immediate tightening and repair of the treated area. Furthermore, the heat from the plasma pen spreads throughout the region and stimulates the body to create fibroblasts, collagen, and elastin fibers, leading to lasting plumping and tightening of the skin. PRECARE & AFTERCARE Fibroblast Skin Tightening Pre-care Before your Plasma Fibroblast Skin Treatment, we highly recommend following our pre-care instructions to avoid any possible complications or unwanted side effects: Be in Good Health. In order for your body to be at its most optimal healing stage, you should avoid any treatments if you are sick (Cold, Flu, etc.), or suffer from any uncontrolled illness (Diabetes, Cancer, etc.). Accutane. You should not use Accutane for 6-12 months before your treatment. Allergies. You should not be allergic to numbing creams, especially -caines (Lidocaine, Tetracaine, Xylocaine, etc.), as this will be used to numb the treatment areas(s). Two weeks prior to your Fibroblast Skin Tightening treatment: Avoid the sun as much as possible and use sunscreen on a daily basis. Botox should be injected at least two weeks prior appointment. Stop the use of all Retinols, including Retin A, Tazorac, and “anti-aging” products. Stop the use of all glycolic or salicylic acid treatments in the areas(s) being treated. Do not wax the area(s) being treated. Do not use any abrasive scrubs/exfoliants in the area(s) being treated. Stop microdermabrasion treatments in the area(s) being treated. If you suffer from Herpes or Cold Sores, start your viral medications at least 1 week prior to the appointment. 24 hours prior to your Fibroblast Skin Tightening Treatment: No Alcohol. No Aspirin. No Coffee the morning of your appointment. Fibroblast Skin Tightening Aftercare What to expect after your Fibroblast Skin Tightening procedure and our aftercare instructions: Immediately after treatment, you will have a mild sensation similar to a sunburn that should dissipate within the day. As a natural healing response, it is normal for the treated area to become swollen. This could last anywhere from 2-8 days. An anti-inflammatory may be used, such as Ibuprofen, if really needed, however, inflammation is necessary to the healing and tightening process, so only use it if necessary. Sometimes, there can be minimal leaking of lymph fluid the first day or two. If this happens, just blot the area with a tissue. There will be a light to deep crust that forms over the skin of the treated area. DO NOT pick the treated area. This WILL cause scarring, infection, and/or pigmentation of that area. It is important to keep the area clean and sanitary. DO NOT touch the treated area. You will use a mild cleanser twice a day with clean hands. No makeup or anything to cover the area until the crust has fallen off, as this could lead to infection. There should be NOTHING applied to the treatment area except the aftercare given. No extra creams or ointments other than what’s given. Until the crusts fall off, all saunas, tanning beds, sun exposure, swimming, and exercising should be avoided. Getting the crusts wet will cause them to come off prematurely, too much heat can make you hyper-pigment, and sweat will sweat out toxins on that healing area. After two weeks, you may spray tan. Fibroblast Skin Tightening Contraindications Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening is not suitable for the following individuals: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Have any metal plates, pins, or other implants. Diagnosed with any Cardiovascular deficiencies, including severe uncontrolled blood pressure.
